The air quality in Delhi is set to improve today, the weatherman has said. With the Indian Meteorological Department predicting easier breathing today, national helicopter carrier Pawan Hans Limited has told the Delhi government that it can undertake aerial sprinkling. The national carrier said it has the capability of carrying out aerial sprinkling to bring out particulate matter in the National Capital. The response following a written request by the Delhi government. A senior IMD official told OneIndia that the air quality is set to improve from Saturday. This is because the wind speed would pick up and help disperse pollutants. The wind speed at 19-20 kilometres per hour will pick up from Saturday after the weatherman also informed.
